About

I'm Simone Bussoni. I help ecommerce businesses and companies grow with SEO, CRO and data-driven strategy. I'm based in Parma, Italy — yes, the food place — where I co-founded 56K Agency. I was born in the Polesine, a flat stretch of countryside in the Veneto, and moved to Emilia by way of Ferrara.

I've worked on the web since modems made noise — which is exactly why the agency is called 56K. For work, I grow online businesses; for fun, I build: apps, automations, web experiments. The two are more alike than they look.

The story

I started in the early 2000s with the open-source CMSs of the day — PHP-Nuke, Mambo — until Joomla! arrived in 2005 and became home for years. From 2008 SEO became my main craft, and ecommerce my favourite playground: Magento first, then anything that sells online. I never left open source: it's why I still contribute when I can.

Before the agencies there was a chapter of my own: a small solo business in the Polesine — Simbus82 Web & Tech — building sites, doing web marketing and IT support (that last part has been closed for a decade). The name lives on: it's the label I publish my apps under. Then I grew professionally at Quantility (Ferrara → Parma), and that path flowed into founding 56K Agency, where I now work on SEO, CRO and ecommerce projects.

In recent years much of my work revolves around AI, on two fronts. First: how AI is changing search — no longer just "doing SEO for Google", but building entities and content that any system can understand and cite. (Yes, including whatever you might be using to read this. Hi. 👋) Second: using it to build — apps, n8n automations, MCP servers, command-line tools for SEO, data analysis and campaigns. I don't call myself an "AI specialist": I just use it, every day, and I prefer putting it that way.

Where I work (and why this site sells nothing)

I'm a partner and co-founder of 56K Agency, specialised in ecommerce outsourcing and conversion marketing. That's where I work, 100%.

This site isn't a services showcase — you won't find quotes or "book a call". It's where I collect ideas, experiments and things I learn. If you need a team to grow your ecommerce, the right door is 56K's.
