## Data controller

The data controller is Simone Bussoni (VAT number IT02936370358). For any request about your data, you can use the contact form (https://www.simonebussoni.it/en/contact/) or write to info@simonebussoni.it.

## What I collect and why

### Contact form

When you use the form I collect name, email and the message text. I use this data solely to reply to you.

- Legal basis: responding to your specific request (art. 6.1.b/f GDPR).
- Retention: messages stay in my mailbox only as long as needed to handle the conversation, then get deleted. There is no site database.
- No marketing: I don't add you to any newsletter and don't use your data for commercial purposes.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile in managed mode: a cookieless anti-spam system that doesn't profile you and needs no consent.

### Usage statistics (analytics)

To understand what works I use Google Analytics 4, configured for privacy and enabled only after your consent. Until you accept from the banner, no analytics cookie is set and no browsing data is sent (Google Consent Mode v2, default denied). Declining is as easy as accepting, and the site works identically.

- Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time.
- Data: aggregate, pseudonymous usage statistics (page views, source, device).

## Cookies

This site uses no profiling cookies. It only uses:

- Local preferences (light/dark theme and consent choice): stored in your browser via localStorage; not cookies, never sent to a server.
- Analytics cookies: set only if you consent, via Google Analytics 4.

## Your rights
