**Gelato AI** balances recipes with professional precision: traffic-light indicators that tell you
whether the mix holds up, an AI assistant that suggests corrections, recipe generation from a
description ("a not-too-sweet lemon sorbet"), a database of 40+ ingredients. All tuned to **your**
machine, from the Ninja CREAMi to a professional batch freezer, and your level.
